For the sake of completeness, Emacs (GTK on Cygwin 32) builds just fine
with the official Cygwin CLANG package, i.e. version 3.1. I do this
weekly and it is more than an year... The last build is from yesterday
trunk... But, perhaps, the issue regards only CLANG 3.4..
