Just retrieved emacs from the bzr repository and did a bootstrap build:

GNU Emacs 24.3.50.1 (i686-pc-mingw32)
  of 2013-12-04 on TIMUR-PC

After starting emacs, have noticed that windmove-right has stopped
working. Also tried with Emacs -Q, still doesn't work. But C-x o is
working. Note that I am trying directly using M-x windmove-right, not
the hotkey that I bound to it.
