Welcome back!

Looks like you was prompted during last sesssion to answer "yes" and that input somehow was stored somewhere inside a file.

Should you be able to indentify the last file changes, grep for that "yes".
Or grep the folder.

A other approach: loading listed files in Emacs batch mode, shell should indicated the broken file also.
