Support for the `syntax-table' text property in CC mode

Support for the `syntax-table' text property in CC mode

With today's trunk I'm getting

error: CC Mode is incompatible with this version of Emacs - support for the `syntax-table' text property is required.

Can someone tell me who's responsible for this?  The corresponding form
in c-emacs-features seems unaltered for a while.

I don't observe this problem with the latest trunk
(bzr 114421) after a "make bootstrap".  I loaded
cc-defs.el from cc-mode 5.32.5 and it set c-emacs-features
to (pps-extended-state add-hook-local col-0-paren
posix-char-classes gen-string-delim gen-comment-delim
syntax-properties category-properties 1-bit) without
complaint.  I'm running on Fedora 19 x86-64.

If I bootstrap I might run into bug#15432.  Compiling any cc-*.el fails
with the error above (on Windows XP).

I'm alsorunning Fedora 19 x86-64 and I have the problem.  I compiled 
without optimizations.

Thanks, that helped me reproduce the problem on Fedora 19 x86-64,
and I installed a fix that worked for me as trunk bzr 114424.

I don't get this failure, having updated my trunk copy today.  Any chance
you could edebug through the pertinent code?  You know where it is.

The hydra coverage job began failing with this message when it moved
from r114409 to r114410.
