C-h a occur and C-h v occur indicate that the interactive "occur"
function is bound to M-s o (alt-super o) when it should say M-x occur
.... RET

In GNU Emacs 23.3.1 (i386-mingw-nt6.1.7601)
 of 2011-03-10 on 3249CTO
Windowing system distributor `Microsoft Corp.', version 6.1.7601
configured using `configure --with-gcc (4.5) --no-opt --cflags
-Ic:/imagesupport/include'

Thanks for the report, but I don't think this is a bug.
It says "M-s o" not "M-S-o". Ie, "meta" plus "s", followed by "o";
And this indeed is what "occur" is bound to.
