Please send bug tracker control messages to the list that was created
for this purpose some months ago, rather than bug-gnu-emacs:

They are confusing and disruptive on bug-gnu-emacs.

Control and close messages are now sent to the emacs-bug-tracker list.

One change that I think is still desirable would be to have -done
messages send the unadulterated -done message to the bug list, and the
close notification send to the tracker list.
