Hi there,
I use emacs 22, with auctex, in ubuntu-linux 7.10

i already know how to set that every time that i start emacs for
a .tex file to get it in the pdf mode, then as soon as i click (with
the mouse) the key 'LaTex', i am going to compile it using pdflatex.

now, the thing that i want to do is to define a shortcut keys, like 'M
+t', to run latex, How can I do that?
thanks in advance

There is already a shortcut for that:

What is so bad with C-c C-c? It runs TeX-command-master, and this
function then decides what might be needed to perform.
