Sorry Manish, I was out.
I added following to my .emacs:
(add-to-list 'load-path "D:/Software/office/emacs/org-6.21b/org-6.21b")
(require 'org-install)
;; The following lines are always needed. Choose your own keys.
(add-to-list 'auto-mode-alist '("\\.org\\'" . org-mode))
(global-set-key "\C-cl" 'org-store-link)
(global-set-key "\C-ca" 'org-agenda)
(global-set-key "\C-cb" 'org-iswitchb)
(add-hook 'org-mode-hook 'turn-on-font-lock) ; Org buffers only
(transient-mark-mode 1)
I just changed the load path. I don't know if I had to change anything else.
