Failure building Emacs PDF manual

With recent revisions (also with the current rev. 106715), building the 
Emacs manual,

   make emacs.pdf

fails in this way:

This happens on various systems (Cygwin, GNU/Linux Fedora14...) with 
TeXLive 2011.

Should be fixed now.

Yes, it is fixed with rev. 106719 :-)
