I'm too embarrassed to always ask people contributing patches for Gnus
or Emacs whether they have submitted the paperwork already :-|
I'd like to be able to look in copyright.list again.
But my fencepost account isn't working anymore, probably due to the
1->2 ssh version transition.
Who can I ask?
