Hi,

This is a Windows related issue.

I recently started using Lingoes and the Chinese Reader to get quick dictionary
access. This works by capturing the word under the cursor and by displaying a
dictionary entry for that word. Word capture is done I believe by using C-c.
This works fine on most recent Windows text applications.

The problem is that Emacs does not respond to Lingoes or the Chinese Reader.
Emacs binds C-c differently than other applications. Even setting Options/
C-x/C-c/C-v Cut and Paste (CUV) does not help.

Would anyone have a suggestion to make Emacs respond to text capture
requests from Lingoes and the Chinese Reader.

Thanks
