Does the Windows-side picture get any better for zip instead of tar
or tar+gunzip? When I last had to care, the variations in unzip on
Windows were pretty annoying, but in those days Windows 95 was
common and NT 3.51 was `a good sign'. Hopefully, the situation
has improved.
