Hi emacsers,
When I use Emacs file selecting tools (dired-mode, locate-mode) to open
pdf file, Emacs choose to open pdf file in it.
So, I guess whether there is any existing tool do that: Ask in
mini-buffer "Do you want to open the file in (a) Emacs (b)
program-name-1 (c) ...
