Hi all,
I am having trouble finding out how to change the font colors in
ansi-term.
E.g. "git log -p" would show deletions in red color, which does not suit
my color scheme. So is there a way to change the color being displayed?
Regards,
mwnn

When you're in GNU Emacs 23 or 22.3 than position the text cursor on
such a red character and type C-u C-x =. In the *Help* buffer you'll
a description of this character's face and also a hyper-link to
change its customisation. In earlier versions type M-x describe-face
RET and follow the hyper-link.
You'll see that the name for this coloured face is also used in other
fields...
After you've applied the change don't forget to save it for the next
sessions! If you like.

When I position the cursor on the text and type C-u (from the C-u C-x =
combination) the cursor automatically moves to the shell prompt. Hence i
am unable to execute the above command.
