problem with semantic-symref

When i use semantic-symref command on a declaration of function in a 
header file,
It gives the references which are present in  header files 
only(including other .h files).
But it does not give the references which are  there in .cpp file.
How to make cedet to list all the references.(both in .cpp and .h files).

But at the same if use semantic-symref command on a usage of function,
It lists out all the references of it present in files of the 
project(.cpp and .h files).
