How to make cedet to parse all the include files at one go

Hi,
I want cedet to parse all the include files of a file.
(I did not get how some include files are parsed and some not, what is 
the basis ?)

I also want to do it for all the files of project.
So that,  code completion takes into account of all the files of project.
