You are doing a lot of changes in Emacs 22. Do you want us
to hold the start of pretest for a few days?

The changes I have made since yesterday are as a result of building
22.1.90 - the make-dist script needed updating, and I found things
missing from the README files in admin/nt which get pulled into the
binary tarball and uploaded to the ftp server. These files are normally
off the radar, so I don't think holding the pretest would have helped.
