url-generic-parse-url now adds an extra element cl-struct-url at the
beginning of the vector returned. To see this evaluate
(url-generic-parse-url "http://www.no.se/")
In GNU Emacs 23.0.50.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)
of 2008-01-21 on my-pc
