Subject: mouse-1-click-follows-link with disabled tooltips

Hi all, Hi Kim.

If mouse-1-click-follows-link is enabled the text that shows in
tooltips is changed. "mouse-2" is replaced with "mouse-1". When one
disables the tooltips the text that shows in the echo-area still shows
"mouse-2"?

I know Richard thinks the documentation for show_help_echo is not good
enough but maybe it would be better to implement the replacing in this
function?

Stephan
