I think most of that information should be moved to attached files (so
we don't waste the time scrolling bug reports every time, at least in
the debbugs web interface).
And it wouldn't hurt if it was easier to remove the unintended pieces of
information than mark->end-of-buffer->kill.
It gets tedious, and I have to watch out to not remove everything.
