My name is Filip Åsblom and I'm a student at Keele University in England.
I'm here as exchange student and I'm originally from Uppsala/Stockholm
in Sweden.
I'm taking a course in software engineering and I'm studying different
FS/OSS project and trying to investigate different aspects of software
engineering in those kinds of projects. One of them is GNU Emacs.
The reason why I email you is that I got some questions. I would be really
grateful if you could help me to ask some questions about GNU Emacs. I
haven't
been able to find information about this on your homepage and you seemed
to be the best suited to answer my questions.
How is the developers group organized? Is it a review board?
How to you determine which changes that is going to be done in the
project? How do you decide? Do the Review Board agree about which kind
of solution that is the best? Do you vote about it or does somebody got
the final word?
I would be really grateful if you could help me out with this!
Kind regards,
Filip Åsblom
