In Xemacs 21, how can I lock the scrolling behavior (either
horizontal or vertical, but not both) of split screens? For example, I would
like it so that after splitting the screen horizontally into 2 screens, they
both stay at the same vertical position but that the can be independently
scrolled in the horizontal position.
