I'm using GNU Emacs 21.3.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600) of 2004-3-10 on
NYAUMO, on windows XP in the GUI, (from a Binary Dist.)
(wow... way to many abbrs. for one sentence)
For some reason the scroll bar does not follow the text very well as one
gets to the end of the buffer. If I grab the scroll bar and pull it to
the bottom there is always some text that will not appear unless I use
the wheel mouse or the down arrow. I also noticed it seems to "inch
worm" upwards when clicking the up arrow.
Good luck with future endeavors!
Sorry if I'm using an out dated version of the program.
