cl-set-difference's autoload form is on cl-loaddefs=2Eel, which is not loa=
ded into Emacs by default=2E  It's loaded whdn we load cl-lib=2Eel=2E  Whic=
h is why I think the patch proposed by the OP is TRT=2E
