nt/emacs.rc has wrong version in CVS (again)

Hi! The following patch was commited 2002-09-03, as version 1.6. But
something has happened, and it's back to "21.2.50.0". Looking at the CVS
history doesn't give (me) a clue...

The splash screen (now more persistent than before) tells me it's
version 21.3.50.1.

Are you looking at one of the branches? There are several branches off 
1.4 and 1.5 which will not have your 1.6 changes in unless they have 
been merged. HEAD looks OK to me.
