Hi,

I am using xemacs on linux and solaris. Somehow I cannot get the color
schemes to show up correctly when I'm editing perl scripts while using
xemacs on linux, but on Solaris xemacs would read the .emacs file for the
color schemes. Do you know how I can fix this problem so that I can start
xemacs from either platform and make the color display consistent?

Thanks
John

Then ask on comp.editors.xemacs or comp.emacs.xemacs or whatever it's called.

This kind of rudeness, even though it's machine generated, doesn't
incline people to take trouble to give helpful replies.

Please switch off all this MIME/multiformat garbage the next time you
post. It reduces the signal/noise ratio of your post by an order of
magnitude and is very irritating.

Hope you manage to get your problem with the colours sorted out.

Email: aacm@muuc.dee; to decode, wherever there is a repeated letter
(like "aa"), remove half of them (leaving, say, "a").
