Subject: Have an idea for a Mono/.NET Emacs
Date: Sat, 23 Nov 2002 21:51:21 GMT [thread overview]
Message-ID: <3ddff859.474.0@mwr.is> (raw)
Using .NET(Mono, since cross platform is a goal) for interpretation and byte
compilation, letting the user pick and choose which language to use for configuration
and programming add-ons and modes.
It would be great IMHO to be able to write .emacs in Python, Perl, C, or C++,
as well as create extensions in those languages.
Does this idea sound interesting?
