Those all work for RCS as well.  Here's my favorite addition:

(global-set-key "\C-xv-" 'ediff-revision)

although I could never figure out why

(setq ediff-revision-key "-") doesn't have the same effect by itself.

VC is so great I never even learned to use the RCS commands.  :-(
