I have build 22.0.50 (CVS HEAD) using the following version of GCC with
_NO_ problems.

gcc (GCC) 3.4.4 (mingw special)
Copyright (C) 2004 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
This is free software; see the source for copying conditions.  There is
NO
warranty; not even for MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE.
