I didn't get two of your reply, and it quite clearly named me as To: and the list as Cc:... I'll attempt to remember not to double-write you, but I don't know how to mentally keep up with which people are on the list and get doubled (like you: omit), are on the list and don't (like me: doesn't matter), and which aren't on the list (like Linus: include).
