Hello I want to use emacs Rmail with google mail. Is this the best forum for issue?

No, it is not. Emacs help mailing list is the best place to ask. I am also quite
certain that it helps nobody to direct them to pages which does not answer their
problem at all.

I personally don't use rmail so I can't help you, but there are probably plenty
of people here who do, so someone else might help you.
