Not all bad decisions are recent. ;-) More seriously, whether or not it might have made some sense to spend a global keymap key on this in the 1980s, it does not make sense to do that now, IMO. What's wrong with using `gud-key-prefix' as the prefix key for this? > It's had a lot of time for people to get used to it. And?
