ok, so I realised that for some reason when I installed Snow Leopard,
gcc and a bunch of other fun things did not stay. I installed the
newest everything. I can now run successfully "./configure --without-
x". I am now getting an error after I try to run "make".

This is fixed in Emacs CVS.
BTW, you can copy and paste text in Mac OS X, too. No need to post
screenshots.

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.savannah.gnu.org:/sources/emacs co emacs
./configure --with-ns
make -j2
make install
just run these commands in sequence you will get the latest source
from cvs and build it.
