Sheesh.  Just use `M-x customize-option default-frame-alist'.

(And use a `custom-file', to keep Customize stuff out of your ~/.emacs.)

Just use a negative integer (e.g. -1) to set the number of pixels
from the right or bottom edge of your screen.
