Will there be official pretest builds of Emacs 22, or is the current
bugfixing process, based off CVS, the equivalent of a "pretest"?
If it's the latter, maybe admin/emacs-pretesters should be updated to
reflect this.
If there is going to be an old-style pretest, is there really anything
holding it back? CVS Emacs seems already very stable and polished -- much
more than Emacs 21 was during its pretest.
