Contents is wrong to me in this context. as _the content_ by itself is already a multiple of something. It is like writing peoples for multiple person when people is already a multiple. Peoples similar the contents refers to the persons inside people e.g. American Peoples Party. But English in IMHO quite confusing when it comes to the s suffix and not. I can relate very much.
