in
https:/git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/emacs.git/tree/lisp/emacs-lisp/find-func.el?h=master#n353
could we add a dedicated history var to the completing-read call?

Thanks,

I donʼt see why not, although for completeness we should probably add
ones for the `find-function' and `find-variable' variants.

1+ on those as well -- my minibuffer history could do with more slots
and type-specific entries to speed up interaction

Pulled master and built, but read-library-name doesn't use a hist var
