Yes it does: everything works as expected now.  Thank you very much.

I can't help being surprised though: this problem is likely to affect
any user using both upper and lower case for tags, and it has been
around for a while now (it is also there for version 8.2) -- how come
nobody reported it?  Well, it is just curiosity...
