Subject: EMACS bug on Mac OS X
Date: Thu, 23 May 2002 18:26:03 -0500 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <230520021826036029%beede@visi.com> (raw)
Emacs bug on Mac OS X that results in a segment fault:
(emacs-version) returns "GNU Emacs 20.7.1 (powerpc-apple-darwin1.4) of
Thu Dec 6 2001 on contact". OS Version is Mac OS X version 10.1.4
To reproduce:
emacs -q
then type the following
M-x shell
yes
[ let this run a little while -- maybe three seconds, then ]
C-x h
C-w
C-k RET
C-y
Instant segfault.
I don't know if anyone is still interested in version 20 bugs or not.
Regards,
Mike
