With latest master and some local changes an attempt to build Emacs as
(the following is from the last successful build)
In GNU Emacs 28.0.50 (build 1, i686-pc-mingw32)
of 2021-04-15 built on NOREST
Repository revision: 7893945cc8f9421d0be5b07b9ed404bdf25ce140

Windowing system distributor 'Microsoft Corp.', version 5.1.2600
System Description: Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 3 (v5.1.0.2600)
Configured using:
'configure --prefix=/c/emacs-git/quick/opt --with-gnutls=no
