No, it appears that these libraries have never existed:

  Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to
  use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

for any archive date from 2013 to 2020. It seems rather like an
identifier or something used via a catalog, which is no longer
in nXML. And I assume that if other data were needed, they would
have been put in the repository.

The fact that I still get an error after switching the schema to
the vacuous one is also strange.
