I invoke C-s, and there is minibuffer, I am entering any term and no
term can be found in any of the buffers. I can also see that it fails
to find wrapped search, for any term, any letter or few letters or any
word. Also regular expression search does not work.
What I can say is that I am doing a lot of editing with Wdired and
that before, when I was not doing much with Wdired, I have never seen
this taking place.
