I would like to make a multiline macro that contains somethiing like this:
#+ATTR_HTML: class="centerimg"
file:./gallery/$1
is it possible, and how?

Hi,
\n inside a macro definition gets expanded as a new-line.
So you can implement your macro thus:
#+MACRO myimg #+ATTR_HTML: class="centerimg"\nfile:./gallery/$1
