Hi,

Maybe it's a small matter.

I'm using Emacs bzr head.

  GNU Emacs 24.2.50.2 (x86_64-apple-darwin11.4.0, NS
  apple-appkit-1138.47) of 2012-08-29 on kuroishi-no-iMac.local

When the buffer split by C-x 2 and I try to open a file with
long name(typically more than 80 characters) by C-x C-f, both
the upper mode line and the bottom one are moving upward.

Before at least Emacs 22.1.1 only the bottom mode line moved
upward.

Is it possible to set the behavior as before ?

Regards,
