It goes like this:
 - submit form online
 - wait some days
 - receive a contract to sign (with an ugly FSF sticker for your
   laptop)
 - sign contract, mail back

Then nothing happens (at least in my case).

But someone at FSF should also sign the contract, and you should get
some feedback.
