There was a cedet.info file in the cedet-1.0pre6 release, but
nothing like that appears to be shipped with gnu emacs.
Some features of the system appear to have changed:
Symbol's function definition is void: semantic-load-enable-minimum-features
How are we supposed to know how to use the current one?
There are no installation instructions in the comments for
the obvious files:
/usr/local/emacs/cvs-121209/share/emacs/23.1.90/lisp/cedet/cedet.el.gz
/usr/local/emacs/cvs-121209/share/emacs/23.1.90/lisp/cedet/semantic.el.gz

To enable Semantic, turn on `semantic-mode', a global minor mode (M-x
semantic-mode RET, or "Source Code Parsers" from the Tools menu). To
enable it at startup, put (semantic-mode 1) in your init file.

In emacs 23.1.90.1, M-x info has a section like this:
Miscellaneous
* Semantic: (semantic). Source code parser library and utilities.
* ede: (ede). Project management for Emacs
* eieio: (eieio). Objects for Emacs
These seem to have the CEDET documentation.
