Use emacsclient to eval `save-buffers-kill-emacs'?

There's a better way to do this, use ~/.Xdefaults:
Emacs.ToolBar: 0
Emacs.verticalScrollBars: off

I checked in a fix to fix the initialization of tool-bar-mode and menu-bar-mode.
