BSD_PGRPS is only defined in src/s/gnu-linux.h, and *BSD systems
actually undefine it.

Removing the BSD_PGRPS definition works just fine on GNU/Linux.

Is there any reason to keep the BSD_PGRPS #define and the associated
code enabled by it?
