23.0.50; delete vs deletechar

I suspect the multi-tty patch again, but [delete] has now changed
to deletechar.

I dont have a problem with this so long as we document that as
the truth --I'll happily update keybinding definitions in
emacspeak. Ditto with [insert] vs [insertchar]
