Eric Hanchrow and myself are working towards it.
But not yet finished completely.
Only the links and some part of GNU Emacs w32 FAQ has been updated, that's it.
We are planning to make it update as soon as possible so that it will be
synchronised to the upcoming GNU Emacs release.
